This committee has under its responsibility the promotion and spreading of the cooperative culture between the associates, to develop programs of social welfare and to permanently program advanced training courses for all the members of the cooperative; specially the members of the Administration Council, the Monitoring Council and new associates.

This cooperative organ constantly promotes educational activities and of social relations with the associates and their families; as well as with non associates, people with the objective of letting them know about the organization and to facilitate their possible entailment.

The members of this committee are elected by the General Assembly and they are in their positions for a period of two years.

The Committee of Education and Social Welfare coordinates with the Committee of Administration the elaboration of an annual plan in agreement with the objectives and economic capacity of the cooperative.
